You may, at any time, unsubscribe from Gompa mailings. Of course if you unsubscribe you might not hear about teachings, special events, and other Gompa news that might be of interest to you.

To unsubscribe simply select the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any Gompa email received via Constant Contact. Alternatively, you can send an email to liaison[at]gompaservices from the email address you wish to unsubscribe and mention 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.
