1. The Service

1.1 This service is referred to on the homepage of our site as ‘view regular special events’. (Also, as 'webcasts available now'.)

1.2 You can register for and view online special events at locations in India or Nepal and optionally make donations/dedications in respect of these special events.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment for this service can be accepted starting from the day the special event opens for registration (typically 7 to 21 days prior to the start date of the event) up until the payment deadline.

3. Viewing the webcast

3.1 Upon receipt of payment from you, we will send an email to you which will set out:

a) details of the event webcast which you have ordered;

b) any donations you are making;

c) our fee for recording and providing online access to the special event (including the VAT levied if applicable);

d) the date on which the webcast is scheduled to begin;

e) instructions on how to access the webcast;

f) notice of restrictions on the number of times the webcast may be viewed and by whom it may be accessed or viewed.

3.2 We will use our reasonable endeavours to make the webcast available to view online on the same day(s) as it is recorded, but this may not always be possible.

3.3 We will try to give reasonable guidance and assistance but we do not accept any responsibility for your ability to view the webcast.

3.4 The webcast will be available to view online via our website until its listed expiration date. We may, at our sole discretion, extend this period, which may be subject to payment by you of an additional payment to be agreed between us and you in advance.
